CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer as much flexibility as possible to our valued clients. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Full Refund Before March 15:

Cancellations made on or before March 15, 2025, will receive a full refund, minus a $250 per person administrative fee.

Passport-Related Cancellations:

If a participant is unable to obtain a valid passport, a full refund will be issued, minus the $250 per person administrative fee. The deadline to submit a valid Pakistani passport is April 15, 2025

Substitutions Until April 1st:

Participants may transfer their spot to a family member or friend until April 1st, 2025. A $250 per person administrative fee plus a $250 per person substitution fee will apply.Refund amounts will depend on hotel and Saudi government policies.

Pre-Registration Fee:

The pre-registration fee is non-refundable. APPNA assumes no financial responsibility for transactions.
